Internet trouble

The internet has not been very good lately. It’s slow and the connection comes and goes. I assumed the problem was related to the connection at work, which is the source for our internet connection at home. However, I recently learned that this is not the case. The internet is just bad right now, not just in my building, not just in my neighborhood, not just on the hill on which I live. It’s bad in all of Kigali and, for that matter, in all of Rwanda. Apparently no one in the country has good internet right now and no one knows when it will improve.
