My favorite new thing in Rwanda is Sunday brunch with my expat coworkers. Today we met at eleven for a brunch of pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruit, juice and coffee on the patio of one of the houses. It was another beautiful day and the perfect to spend a few relaxing hours together between Sunday morning mass and an afternoon in the office.
