Russians, Chinese and Internet

The internet's been pretty terrible in Lusaka for the past couple days. Today I found out that several reliable sources have reported that it's because the Russians and Chinese have been hacking into the satellite and had interrupted the service that provides internet. I'm not even kidding. I couldn't make up such a fantastic excuse.
