Tower of David

On our first morning in Jerusalem, we decided to start by exploring the Tower of David Museum, which was just across the street from our guesthouse. The museum is housed within the Tower of David, which was first built two thousand years ago by King Herod and does an excellent job of tracing the long and eventful history of the city. Plus the tower itself is beautiful.
