Water from the sky

Something strange happened this afternoon. I left my apartment building for church, and as soon as I walked out into the street, I felt something strange. It honestly took me a few minutes to figure out what was going on. But then I realized what it was. It wasn't exactly rain. The drops weren't falling hard enough and there weren't enough of them to be rain. And yet, still, there was water was coming from the sky, just floating to the ground! It was the first time I've seen water fall from the sky (I can't quite call it rain) since I've been in Cairo!
